Ella, the final chapter of The Trilogy Hong Kong, is a homage to the lively atmosphere of New Orleans. She celebrates the raw energy and vigor of live performances in an intimate setting drawing proximity between musicians and audience. Guests are invited to sit around the baby grand piano, with a custom burl veneer table top offering a place to enjoy their drinks, making them an integral part of the show.

Echoing the opulence of traditional NOLA interiors and the exuberance of Mardi Gras, curved booth lounges and swivel stools are upholstered in rich velour with contrasting eclectic patterned accents. Against a backdrop of pleated burgundy drapery, walls are clad in deep walnut veneers with antique mirrors and subtle impressions of banana leaves on wall coverings. Anchoring the setting is the bar, with its rich red marble and glossy black base, subtly nudging patrons to turn their attention to the dance of the piano keys. Instilling a sense of ease and closeness, this environment fosters a shared experience, encouraging one to connect with the music, and with each other.
